Smoked Street Corn Dip

Combine cream cheese, frozen corn, garlic, sour cream, lime juice, chopped cilantro, Pepper Jack cheese, and Tajin in a grill-safe pan. Smoke for 2 to 2.5 hours at 225 degrees Fahrenheit, stirring halfway through. Alternatively, if you don't have a smoker, combine ingredients in a crockpot and cook on low for 2.5 to 3 hours, stirring frequently. Once cooked, top with Danos hot chipotle seasoning and cotija (or feta) cheese. Garnish with additional cilantro and serve hot.
