Oreo Cheesecake Bites

1) Combine softened cream cheese, yogurt, vanilla extract, protein powder, and lite kool whip and mix on high until uniform.

2) Dollop out evenly on a baking dish and let set up in the freezer for 30-45 minutes.

3) Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl, microwaving for 30 seconds at a time and stirring until melted.

4) Once the cheesecake poppers are set, dip them in the chocolate coating, then immediately roll them in crushed Oreo pieces to ensure maximum coverage.

5) Let the chocolate set up and enjoy!
