An easy meatloaf recipe featuring ground beef and sausage, seasoned with Italian seasoning, paprika, onion, and garlic powder. Topped with a sweet and tangy jalapeño ketchup glaze.
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, sausage, diced onion, crushed Ritz crackers, eggs, Italian seasoning, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper to taste. Be careful not to overmix, or the meatloaf will become super dense. Place the mixture into a baking pan. In a separate small bowl, mix together the jalapeño ketchup, brown sugar, and 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce for the glaze. Spread the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf in the baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Once out of the oven, let it cool before serving. This meatloaf can also be made into sandwiches, like a grilled cheese with some mayo, similar to a patty melt.
