A creative twist on fried ice cream using cinnamon cereal, eggs, and milk for a crispy coating, then air fried to perfection. Perfect for a quick sweet treat.
In a large bowl or bag crush cereal until it’s a good mix of small and medium pieces (I used the bottom of a glass).
In a separate bowl beat eggs and milk until combined.
Take a rounded scoop of ice cream and cover in cereal, roll in egg wash and roll in cereal again until fully coated.
Place coated ice cream on parchment paper in a Crispi prep container or on a small baking sheet and place in freezer for 2-3 hours to freeze solid.
Air fry on max crisp (400°) for 2-4 mins. If coated completely cereal batter will protect ice cream from melting through but cook on parchment for quick clean up.
Drizzle with chocolate or caramel.
Enjoy quickly after making!
