Chicken Lo Mein

In a bowl, add and whisk together all sauce ingredients (soy sauce, chicken stock, honey, oyster sauce, Ac’cent flavor enhancer, sesame oil, and cornstarch).

Over medium-high heat, add 1/4 of the prepared sauce and the chicken thighs (cut into strips) to a pan, cooking until browned and fully cooked. Remove the chicken from the pan.

Add the sliced onions and julienned carrots to the pan, cooking until charred to your desired color, stirring constantly to prevent burning.

Add the chopped cabbage, letting it cook for a few minutes but not so long that it loses its crisp texture.

Return the chicken to the pan. Add the rest of the sauce, cooked lo mein noodles, and green onion, stirring until the sauce is coated evenly.

Serve hot and garnish with sesame seeds for a finishing touch.
