1) Preheat oven to 425°F.
2) Brown meat in a pan, adding diced onion while cooking.
3) When onions are translucent, add garlic, all seasonings (salt, pepper, onion powder), gravy packet, water, and all vegetables (sweet corn, peas/carrots/green beans) and cook until the gravy is thickened.
4) Pour the mixture into a lightly greased 9x13 pan, spreading evenly.
5) Top with cooked mashed potatoes, ensuring all of the meat mixture is covered.
6) Cover the top with tater tots completely and bake at 425°F for 30 minutes or until tots are crispy to your liking.
7) Cover the pan with shredded cheddar cheese and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes to melt the cheese until it starts to brown.
