Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese

Add all ingredients (cooked shredded chicken, shredded cheese, Buffalo sauce, ranch, salt, pepper, chopped onion/onion powder, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, ranch powder, cooked macaroni) to a crockpot. Cook on high until the cheese is melted, which usually takes between 1 and 2 hours. Add the shredded Parmesan during the last half hour of cooking, while you cook the macaroni, and toss it in. Stir until all ingredients are completely mixed. Garnish with green onion if desired. Note: For spice preference, 1/2 cup of mild buffalo sauce will result in a non-spicy dish, while 1 cup of medium buffalo sauce makes it quite hot.
